Government

I generally don’t like to make political posts, as I try to keep my blog purely about electronics-related topics, but I feel that this should be said. However, I won’t say anything other than this: How can a country even begin to consider a candidate for presidency that supports these ideas?

If somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can, it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.

My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s going be good for everybody. If you’ve got a plumbing business, you’re gonna be better off if you’ve got a whole bunch of customers who can afford to hire you, and right now everybody’s so pinched that business is bad for everybody, and I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.
